Job description
Job Summary
The Engineering Technical Leader will play a pivotal role in guiding engineering teams towards providing innovative technological solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure projects meet both quality and performance standards while fostering an environment conducive to collaboration and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from conception through implementation while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and promoting career growth.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project objectives and outcomes.
- Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee design reviews and performance assessments of engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering environment.
- Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
