**Job Title: Engineering Technician**
The Engineering Technician is responsible for devising and evaluating solutions to computer repair challenges while collaborating with engineers on data gathering and enhancements to existing processes. Additionally, they play a key role in introducing programs aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency and ensuring a safe and supportive workplace for the team. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration is preferred, accompanied by hands-on experience in the computer repair sector. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, strong skills in SQL and database management, and the capacity to thrive in a warehouse setting.
