**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations from prototype development to full-scale production, directing the team of production associates on the shop floor. This role is integral in upholding safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks while organizing training sessions and managing production timelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing or production settings, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, paired with excellent communication abilities and familiarity with floor operations.
