**Enhanced Care Partner**
The Enhanced Care Partner is responsible for delivering individualized support to residents, which encompasses helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and meal preparation. This role also involves ensuring a tidy environment, accurately recording resident care using electronic systems, and safeguarding resident well-being. Applicants must hold certification as a Home Health Aide and possess a minimum of one year of experience in elderly care. A high school diploma or two years of relevant work experience is essential, as well as the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
