The Physician Assistant will assess and treat patients within a clinical environment and provide support to surgeons during orthopedic surgeries. This role includes involvement in preoperative and postoperative care, assessment of imaging studies, and the formulation of detailed treatment strategies for patients. Applicants must have completed an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold current NCCPA certification along with a valid license to practice in Virginia. A strong ability for clinical assessment and dedication to orthopedic medicine is essential, and while prior experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
