In this role, you will engage with potential clients who are seeking insurance coverage and assist them in exploring their choices through a structured sales approach. Furthermore, you will be involved in continuous training and coaching aimed at enhancing your sales capabilities and relationship management skills. Prior experience in insurance or sales is not necessary, as extensive training will be offered. A willingness to learn, accept guidance, and secure the necessary insurance license prior to engaging in transactions is essential.
