Job description
The Manager on Duty is responsible for supervising daily operations on the casino floor as well as in the food and beverage departments, ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided and that all regulatory requirements are met. This position includes managing the drop and count process, which involves reconciling cash and ensuring the security of the counting area. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those with experience in casino management. Essential skills include strong mathematical abilities, a solid understanding of gaming operations, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
