Job Summary
The Manager in Training is responsible for supervising the operations of housekeeping, laundry, and floor care. This role ensures adherence to the facility’s policies as well as federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
- Manage staff scheduling and conduct training for new employees.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditures.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in using web-based reporting systems for record maintenance.
