Job Summary
The Manager in Training will oversee the operations related to housekeeping, laundry, and floor care, ensuring adherence to the facility’s policies as well as federal and state regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and relevant regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling and training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies and personnel documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting tasks.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
