The Manager in Training will be responsible for supervising the operations of housekeeping, laundry, and floor care while ensuring adherence to facility policies and relevant state and federal regulations. This role includes managing staff schedules, conducting training sessions, and maintaining precise records related to supplies and personnel. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities. This position also requires the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and to effectively work within a healthcare setting.
