Job description
Job Summary
The Epic Principal Trainer is an essential role responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Epic systems. This position requires expertise in Epic software, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training curricula that align with organizational goals and Epic application workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for various groups including end-users and staff, ensuring clear understanding of system functionalities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as necessary for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and maintain a cohesive training strategy across the organization.
- Stay updated on Epic system changes and upgrades, integrating new features into training materials promptly.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Epic systems, including certification in relevant application modules.
- Proven track record of developing training materials and conducting educational sessions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information clearly and engagingly.
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt approaches to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
