Epic TDR Analyst
Location: Euclid, OH
Compensation: $44/hour
The Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Analyst plays a crucial role in validating that IT systems and clinical technologies are fully functional and prepared for the launch of facility operations. Collaborating closely with the project management team on-site, this position involves executing testing protocols, assessing the performance of workstations and peripherals, documenting outcomes, and addressing any matters that need resolution.
Responsibilities of the Epic TDR Analyst:
- Carry out Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) testing scripts to ensure workstations, devices, and technologies are functioning as needed.
- Assess the performance of computers, printers, scanners, badge readers, and other associated peripherals.
- Document testing outcomes, highlight any issues, and relay findings to the relevant project team to facilitate resolution.
- Conduct follow-up testing to ensure that equipment operates correctly following the resolution of identified issues.
- Assist with basic hardware set-up, equipment installations, and peripheral connectivity support as required.
- Keep precise records of testing activities, asset tracking, and inventory management.
- Complete daily testing assignments and project-related tasks as assigned by the Site Coordinator.
Qualifications for the Epic TDR Analyst:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Experience in desktop support, field services, or IT deployment is preferred.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of following written guidelines and documenting results effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
