Job Summary
The Epic TDR Analyst is responsible for utilizing Epic’s Targeted Data Reporting tools to enhance healthcare delivery through effective management of data reporting processes. This role involves collaboration with clinical and operational staff to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of data to support decision-making and improve patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data reports using Epic to facilitate informed healthcare decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to define reporting needs and requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data reports and analytics.
- Provide ongoing support and training to staff in utilizing Epic reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to troubleshoot reporting issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Epic systems and their reporting functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
