Job Summary
The Hardware Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the delivery, inventory, and maintenance of hardware utilized for data collection. This position is also responsible for configuring system components and offering technical support to facilitate successful implementations for customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and inventory management of data collection hardware devices.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on hardware as necessary.
- Configure various system components to meet customer specifications.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to ensure smooth customer implementations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time in the Livonia, MI office.
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficiency in business applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
