Job description
The technician will oversee the daily operations associated with the creation, administration, and processing of user account access requests. They are tasked with keeping audit logs up-to-date and supporting the onboarding and offboarding of users, as well as engaging in account reconciliation processes. A minimum of three years of experience in account management is required. The position demands expertise in user account management and adherence to compliance documentation standards.
