Job description
**Job Title: Level 2 Desktop Support Technician**
Deliver comprehensive Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals in a manufacturing context. Oversee ticket management, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, and maintain accurate documentation to optimize operational performance. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of practical desktop support experience, with a robust knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. Experience in a dynamic manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
