Job description
The Optical Technician is tasked with delivering an exceptional patient experience by aiding in the selection of frames, fitting eyewear and contact lenses, and executing precise optical measurements. This role involves addressing the medical needs of clients while enhancing retail sales through knowledgeable product suggestions. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service or patient interaction position and must hold a high school diploma or GED. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the capability to use optical devices such as lensometers is essential.
