This role involves addressing the medical needs of clients while enhancing retail sales through knowledgeable product suggestions. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service or patient interaction position and must hold a high school diploma or GED. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the capability to use optical devices such as lensometers is essential.
