**Job Title: Research and Evaluation Lead**
Guide a team of researchers and engineers in crafting evaluation frameworks and carrying out studies that determine the realism and precision of AI simulations. You’ll be responsible for defining evaluation metrics, establishing research priorities, and ensuring that the evidence gathered is robust, informative, and applicable for both product development and executive teams. The role requires significant expertise in empirical research, measurement, or evaluation, particularly in areas such as machine learning, statistics, or behavioral science. Candidates should showcase their capacity to lead high-achieving teams, design intricate experiments, and convey technical insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
