Job Summary
The Evisceration Technician is tasked with executing various production line duties in a rotating capacity, all while engaging in team discussions and applying company policies. The role involves upholding and supporting Simmons’ operational standards, particularly in quality and safety, and encouraging a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple tasks on the production line to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate actively in team meetings to discuss and implement policies.
- Maintain the operational standards of Simmons, focusing on quality and safety.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work culture among colleagues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a plant setting and perform physical activities such as standing and reaching.
- Previous experience in environments with machinery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with processing facilities is preferred.
