Job description
The Executive Admin plays a vital role in delivering extensive administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO and the executive team, which involves overseeing calendar schedules and organizing meetings. Key responsibilities include assembling board documents, handling travel logistics, and ensuring smooth office operations. While a High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, a Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration is highly desirable. Prior experience in office management or as an administrative assistant is also advantageous.
