**Executive Director**
The Executive Director is responsible for managing all facets of community life, which encompasses strategic planning, operational oversight, governance, and leading the team. This role acts as the key link between the developer, the board of directors, and community stakeholders to uphold the brand’s commitments. Applicants should possess 10 to 15 years of experience in community-focused organizations, nonprofit leadership, or extensive community operations. A minimum of 10 years in a senior management capacity is essential, with preference extended to candidates with CAI CMCA or PCAM certifications.
