**Job Title: Executive Director**
The Executive Director is responsible for guiding the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of an inpatient treatment center, all while promoting a client-focused atmosphere. This role includes leading the staff, ensuring adherence to regulations, and achieving census objectives to uphold exemplary standards of clinical care. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in a behavioral science discipline and have an active independent license, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. A minimum of five years of management experience in the healthcare sector is essential, with an emphasis on candidates who have experience in treating eating disorders.
