Job Summary
This role is dedicated to directing the strategy, development, and comprehensive delivery of agentic AI/ML products and real-time analytic capabilities specifically for Chase and JPMorganChase Wealth Management. The position focuses on creating reusable data and model products, ensuring safe and governed operational practices, collaborating with various business and technology teams, and nurturing a high-performing group of over eight individuals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI/ML product development and real-time analytics.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery processes for agentic AI and analytics solutions.
- Construct reusable data models and analytics products.
- Establish governed practices for secure operations.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple business and technology departments.
- Develop and manage a results-driven team of eight or more members.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in product development and Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in data science, analytics, AI, and machine learning domains.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results in production settings.
- Capability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders across various functions.
- Skilled in managing product backlogs and mitigating risk.
- Proven experience in team leadership and development.
