The Executive Director is responsible for managing the daily functions of the community, focusing on financial health, staff oversight, and the delivery of top-notch care to residents. This role involves upholding regulatory standards, mitigating risks, and promoting growth through effective census development and marketing strategies. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in senior living management at a senior level and must hold valid NHA and RCA licenses. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is necessary, while a master’s degree is highly favored.
