**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly while prioritizing safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key duties involve managing daily cash transactions, maintaining the facility, and safeguarding both inventory and cash. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and able to undertake physical activities such as standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is desirable, and candidates must be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and overnight hours.
