**Experience Owner**
The Experience Owner is responsible for shaping the vision, guiding the direction, and overseeing the creation of products to align with strategic objectives while enhancing the member experience. This role involves close collaboration with developers, UX team members, and stakeholders to create innovative solutions. Applicants should possess a background in product management, familiarity with Agile practices, and experience in strategic planning, complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or a suitable equivalent of education and experience is mandatory.
