Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team in Narvon, Pennsylvania. The successful applicant will play a critical role in managing production processes at our asphalt plants.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure high-quality asphalt is produced efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plant equipment to guarantee operational safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production flows and resolve any operational issues.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards while performing duties at the plant.
Qualifications
- Completion of relevant training from an accredited educational institution or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in operating asphalt machinery and understanding production processes.
- Strong ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
