**Senior Sales Associate**
The Senior Sales Associate acts as a team leader, overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering team growth. Primary responsibilities encompass managing both opening and closing tasks, providing mentorship to team members, and engaging in practical duties such as inventory management and equipment handling. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or hardware settings and demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have weekend availability.
