The Homeowners Insurance Specialist plays a key role in the sale and management of homeowners insurance policies, focusing on establishing enduring client relationships. This position involves overseeing policy renewals, engaging in negotiations with insurance carriers, and creating networks for referrals to enhance business development. Applicants need to have a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license, coupled with a minimum of two years’ experience in the insurance field. A high school diploma or GED is essential, and candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
