We are seeking an accomplished Experienced Substation Structural Engineer to join our Power Delivery Substation Civil/Structural Group located in New York, New York. This role is crucial in providing engineering solutions for electrical substation projects while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering solutions for substation projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, construction codes, and operational permits.
- Utilize established principles and practices to design and build infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in structural engineering, particularly within substation environments.
- Strong knowledge of design/build processes and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and approval initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
