The EyeCare Advisor plays a key role in providing an outstanding experience for patients by merging brand narratives with both clinical and retail tasks. Responsibilities include conducting pre-examination assessments, maintaining patient records, and guiding customers in choosing frames and lenses. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication abilities. Essential skills include basic math proficiency, computer literacy, and the capability to thrive in a high-energy retail setting.
