**Fabrication Supervisor**
The Fabrication Supervisor directs a team engaged in metal fabrication, managing daily operations, production timelines, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and inspiring team members while fostering ongoing improvements and maintaining a secure workplace. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing setting. An associate degree is necessary, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
