Job Summary
The Fabricator plays a crucial role in interpreting engineering blueprints to manufacture, assemble, and mend metal parts and frameworks. This position also involves executing both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, while adhering to established quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate metal components.
- Install and repair metal structures as required.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all work performed meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- An associate degree from a technical institution is required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance is necessary.
- Strong skills in welding and operating metalworking machinery are essential.
- Technical troubleshooting abilities are required to effectively resolve issues.
