The Production Technician is responsible for the production of protein meals, including operating heavy machinery and loading/unloading bulk trailers. They must also conduct equipment inspections, collect samples for lab analysis, and maintain facility cleanliness according to food safety standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. The role requires the ability to work in various temperatures, climb ladders, and comply with all safety and food safety regulations.
