Job Summary
The Facilities Janitor will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility. This position entails performing various cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas.
- Ensure that all restrooms and communal spaces are kept clean and well-stocked.
- Respond to cleaning emergencies and special requests.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial work is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and procedures.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
