**Job Title:** Facility Maintenance Technician
This position involves executing professional preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, and undertaking renovations on various facility systems such as plumbing, electrical setups, and specialized process equipment. The role includes overseeing minor projects, guiding junior technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance. Candidates should be proficient in reading blueprints, adhering to safety procedures, and have a solid understanding of the relevant building codes.
