**Facilities Maintenance Supervisor**
The role of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor involves leading a team of maintenance technicians while supervising all operational systems, machinery, and facility needs within the plant. Key responsibilities include guaranteeing equipment availability, ensuring safety regulations are met, and implementing both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree paired with over 10 years of industrial maintenance expertise. This position demands strong leadership skills along with in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility support systems.
