Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective management of the company’s physical facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role includes overseeing maintenance programs and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of maintenance programs for the physical plant.
- Manage budgets related to facility maintenance and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor the operational efficiency of the company’s infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies for improvement in facility operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the management of industrial or manufacturing facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
