**Facilities Project Specialist**
The Facilities Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing the design and construction phases related to the replacement of equipment and building shell elements across multiple County facilities. This position entails managing significant renovation initiatives for structures including libraries, fire stations, and administrative centers. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction project management, coupled with substantial experience in facilities engineering or construction management. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as PE, PMP, or CCM, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
