Job description
Oversee a manufacturing department aimed at maximizing efficiency while maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the production stages. Evaluate reports to foresee and address any production flow challenges, leveraging shop-floor tracking systems effectively. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing or shoemaking is required, along with robust analytical and mathematical capabilities. Applicants should be prepared to stand for over 8 hours and engage in physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 20 lbs.
