Job description
The physician will deliver exemplary outpatient primary care, encompassing patient assessments, diagnoses, and management of chronic conditions as part of a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include providing culturally competent care and ensuring precise record-keeping within the electronic medical system. Applicants must possess either an MD or DO degree and be board eligible or certified in Family Medicine. Previous work experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), community health center, or a busy outpatient setting is highly desirable.
