**Job Title: Family Partner**
The Family Partner offers personalized support, guidance, and information to parents and caregivers of young individuals facing emotional or behavioral health issues. This role involves aiding families in navigating community resources and working in partnership with service providers to address the unique needs of the youth. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have personal experience as a parent or primary caregiver of a child involved in the mental health system. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel within the community.
