Job Summary
The Group Leader is tasked with offering guidance, support, and strategic oversight to consultants, all while promoting office development and enhancing market visibility. This role is essential for delivering structured risk management services and building robust relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of consultants.
- Drive the growth of the office and expand its market presence.
- Ensure effective delivery of risk management services.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in grain marketing, cash, or futures, or equivalent experience in agribusiness.
- Must be willing to obtain Series 3 and Series 30 licenses post-hire.
