Formulate competitive strategies that connect sophisticated quantum technologies with the needs and mission challenges of federal agencies. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in federal capture management or business development, showcasing a successful history of securing contracts exceeding $10 million. A thorough understanding of the federal procurement process is essential, along with the capability to acquire a US Government security clearance.
