The FIA Claims Representative is responsible for processing routine claims, preparing reports, and monitoring claim status in accordance with company guidelines. They also assist clients with inquiries and complaints while maintaining accurate claim logs and activity updates. Candidates must possess or obtain a Texas General Lines Agent License for Property and Casualty within 90 days. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are required.
