Job description
The Field Implementation Engineer will oversee the installation, configuration, and operational launch of autonomous mobile robots at client locations. This role also includes delivering continuous technical assistance, executing equipment enhancements, and serving as the main liaison for customer communications. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or an Associate’s degree accompanied by applicable product experience. Essential skills include expertise in Linux/Unix, network communications, and the capability to diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical and electronic components.
