**Field Marketing Representative**
The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for overseeing daily operations in retail environments, which includes training staff, managing merchandising efforts, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This role focuses on fostering relationships with retail partners and enhancing brand visibility through product demonstrations and consultative selling techniques. Applicants should possess or be in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar business discipline. Essential qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and the capability to lift over 50 pounds and maintain prolonged standing.
