Set up and operate press brakes and other fabrication equipment to produce parts to specified dimensions, including prototypes and progressive bends. Verify materials and finished work, document in-process specifications, maintain quality and safety, and communicate machine issues or production needs to relevant teams. A high school diploma and at least four years of fabrication experience are required. Candidates must be able to operate a variety of fabrication machines, read blueprints and shop documentation, use precision measuring tools, and perform quality checks; the role also requires physical capability for an extended standing shift and lifting materials.
