Their duties will include recording observations, guiding field teams, and upholding safety protocols for both equipment and personnel. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in sandblasting and painting, plus one to two years of experience in safety practices. A NACE certification is necessary, as is the capability to carry out physical activities at heights of up to 200 feet.
