Job description
The technician’s role involves diagnosing issues in field-returned hardware to uncover the underlying causes of failures and collaborating with engineers on design enhancements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring laboratory safety, managing workspace organization, and overseeing the efficiency of testing processes. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a strong preference for those holding an associate degree in a technical discipline. Practical experience with engineering laboratory instruments, including multimeters and power supplies, is necessary.
