This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to oversee the entire learning process, from conducting needs assessments to performance evaluation. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum creation, and project management. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is essential, as is a strong command of learning development tools such as Articulate or Adobe.
