Job description
The Senior Talent Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive learning initiatives, which encompass instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats that align with organizational objectives. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to oversee the entire learning process, from conducting needs assessments to performance evaluation. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum creation, and project management. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is essential, as is a strong command of learning development tools such as Articulate or Adobe.
